November 2018 Recap

monthly-recap-2

November was a weird month. The weather was beautifully gloomy and I loved every moment of it.

Personal:

Most of my month was taken up by work but I did manage to do all of my Christmas shopping in November because I am a boss. I don’t have to brave the December crowds now and I’m so proud of myself. I also bought myself some presents in November, including a Frankenstein sweater from Literary Emporium and a Fenty Beauty lipstick, so I spent way too much money in November.

Books I’ve read:

  • Three Moments of an Explosion by China Mieville
  • The Mystery of Three Quarters by Sophie Hannah
  • Zeus Grants Stupid Wishes by Cory O’Brien
  • A Dark so Deadly by Stuart MacBride

Posts:

November Goals

  • Blog consistently (at least 3 times per week)

  • Review 4 books
  • Review books that I read in October

December Goals

  • Review books read in October and November
  • Reread and review Rebecca and other books from earlier in 2018
  • Blog consistently (at least 3 times per week)
  • Read 4 books
  • Review 4 books

  1. Great goals! And well done on the Christmas shopping! I bashed mine out in one glorious Amazon shop a couple days ago. Not even considering going to an actual shop! Nope!

    1. I had to go to some actual shops because they didn’t have the stuff I wanted in stock online! But it wasn’t too bad actually and I picked some nice things up from independent shops that don’t have websites 😊
