The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
This post is an opportunity to recap the past week on my blog and in my personal life. It’s also a chance to set up some goals for the upcoming week and talk about anything else that I want to talk about.
See the rules here.
I had a really bad start to the week. I was refused m prescribed medication because the pharmacist claimed that my medication was too expensive to give me even though they stock it. They’re not even allowed to sell it over the counter so who are they saving it for? My GP’s receptionist had to sort everything out for me because she’s a force of nature and no-one says no to her. Some NHS services, especially in my area, aren’t great.
On Wednesday, I attended a seminar on giving lectures. Well, it was meant to be about giving lectures but ended up being about how to give a research paper which I have a fair amount of experience in now. I wasn’t impressed but my attendance will help me pass my Teaching Practice module.
I also had a PhD supervision on Friday which went well.
